At The Cupcake Girls, our team strives to serve and support an often-stigmatized population, and we are always seeking experienced, self-motivated, and highly organized individuals to join our staff. Our Hiring Process

  1. Submit the online application.
  2. Send a resume and three references (one character and two employment), to info@thecupcakegirls.org for review. 
  3. 2 – 3 phone/in-person interviews
  4. Decisions will be made, and applicants will be informed whether or not they received the position.
