The Cupcake Girls is always looking for committed, passionate people who’d like to join our Las Vegas, Portland, and National teams. What we ask of our Volunteers:

  • Attend monthly team meetings (remote available)

  • Volunteer for 5 hours per month

  • Attend regular one-on-one meetings with direct manager

  • Report hours weekly

  • Join our annual peer-to-peer fundraiser

While each team does have specific tasks, we will always do our best to find a way to place you on a team where your skills will best fit!

THE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION PROCESS

In order to ensure the best experience for our volunteers and program participants, The Cupcake Girls asks all potential volunteers to submit an application, and complete an in-person orientation where we’ll help match your unique passions and skills to volunteer opportunities.

With two brick-and-mortar locations in Portland, Oregon and Las Vegas, Nevada, most of our volunteer opportunities are available within or arounds those branches. However, we do have national opportunities available, so if you live outside Oregon or Nevada please still apply! We’d love to work with you.

We will send you an invitation to attend orientation. At this time, or any time along the way, you are welcome to contact us with any questions.

You will be invited to the next volunteer orientation when these steps are completed.

Orientation will acquaint you with The Cupcake Girls mission, and train you in the basic culture and methods of our organization. At the end of orientation, we will connect you with the team that matches your skills and interests.
